Drake's Hotline Bling which reached #2 on the Billboard Hot 100 had not a few pop-culture enthusiast stepping, and a handful of his fans thinking shortly after its release, it would bag a Grammy but that may never happen.
That is no thanks to Cash Money who didn't submit the video due to 'clerical error'. As much as that sounds like a lame enough excuse considering the hit which was officially released in July was eligible for the September deadline, we might as well just hope that's all it was, A MISTAKE.
